Building on her career in the public sector – from community corrections to child welfare – Ashley has developed a keen sense for getting to the core of the issues quickly. Ashley understands that no two situations, and no two people are the same, and seeks to understand the unique nature of each individual’s circumstances and needs and to address them accordingly.

Since earning her master’s degree in social work and entering private practice, she has focused on healthcare and rehabilitation, working with adults of all ages who suffer from significant physical, psychological, and cognitive impairments. Ashley appreciates that by virtue of her work, she typically meets people during very difficult times in their lives and feels a deep sense of responsibility to provide thoughtful and considerate service to every single person.
